Stocco, Inc. is a family owned company founded in 1979 by Tom & Adele Stocco. Tom started the company as a consulting firm and to manage properties. In 1983, Stocco, Inc. bought Dale Janitor Service. After several years with Dale Janitor Service, Tom & Adele started Dale Coffee Service, as another division of Stocco, Inc. In 1988, Stocco, Inc. started another division called Occots Supply. Occots Supply is a janitorial & office supply distributor.
Stocco, Inc. still owns and operates Dale Janitor Service and Occots Supply, which has taken over most of Dale Coffee Service’s responsibilities.
